Hi all ~~ It's been a long haul and with my husband DOC coming back from Germany we've been able to get in to see and visit Gregg Boyd once a week. I am happy to be able to announce that Gregg IS making progress. He chose to wake up for us and our visit yesterday. He made Direct eye contact with Doc and then with me. He shook Doc's hand before we left. His grip is getting stronger. Kathy, his girlfriend, shared that they Physical Therapist is having Gregg sit up in a chair, beside the bed. Gregg is regaining his muscle strengths proven by him being able to hold up his own head again. There is, without a doubt, “someone we all know” there behind the lightly confused eyes.
The visits are working.
The Prayers are working.
And the will to live IS there. The Hand Maiden -- Kathleen
