I just put a whitewall on my rear tire and I am becoming obsessed with keepin them white. I don't mind wiping them down every now and again but I get alot of chain grease on 1 side.  Are there any products out there to keep them easy to maintain or should I just give up  and scrub'em once a week?

I don't know about the chain grease, my bike is shaft drive, but I use a product I get at Walmart.  It is a whitewall tire cleaner.  I spray it on and rinse it off.  Keeps them clean enough for me.  If they are real bad, I use a scrub brush.

Go to your local autoparts shop, pick up a can of tire black, apply liberly to whitewall(s), no more hassle keeping them white.

TRY THIS MURPH~
A little bit of DAWN DISHWASHING SOAP and a scoop of

Oxiclean in a bucket of really HOT water.
MAN~ the grease and rubber just melts off.
Noticed the Oxiclean leaves a silicone protectant on the whitewalls too, making it easy to get the shit off, with a HOT wet sponge.
LOL DUDE

The Silicone is VERY LITTLE, just enuff to keep the white clean. Just puts a coat between the white and the dirt. NOT SLIPPY at all when wet. I woundn't put it on the whole tire thou...just the wall.
UNLESS...you ride the walls...te he
