Over the past couple of weeks there have been many Well Wishes and Prayers sent out to Lady Rebel and Cycle Cyndy, So I thought it would be nice to Post a forum for all of our Monster friends in need of Prayer or Well Wishes. If you are having troubles in your life, getting ready for surgery of some sort, or just in General need Prayer, Just ask here and you will receive it I am sure by someone and we do have a Preacher amongst us so don't be afraid to ask. United we stand, divided we fall.....

With that being said I ask that you all keep Lady Rebel in your Prayers, she has a very serious cancer and needs all of our Prayers to help her get through this very tough time in her life. Also Please keep Cycle Cyndy in your thoughts and Prayers as she has just had surgery, so lets pray for her to have a speedy recovery....

I thank all of you that have posted here for our friend Lady Rebel. I will do my best to keep you updated here on how she is doing. Thus far she has had to get several teeth pulled in preparation for her surgery on February 4th and she also told me that when she has the surgery they may have to break her jaw, not sure why but that was what she had told me and all I have at the moment.Blessings to all..

Please keep Lady Rebel in your Prayers today? She is going today for surgery on her tongue so I ask that you Pray for her, Her Surgeons, Doctors and Nurses and to rid her of this terrible disase she has, AMEN

This is a quote from Cycle Cyndy on how Lady Rebel is doing, she spoke directly with LR's daughter last night;

For those who don't know...Lady Rebel age 51, and a DEAR FRIEND to a lot in here who came over to Monster from Myspace, underwent Surgery yesterday morning at 7am. She has/HAD Squamouns Cell Carcinoma (mouth cancer).
I talked to her daughter Whit last nite at 10pm, and she said "ALL WENT WELL"...They didn't have to go 'as deep' into her mouth as they thought they would. Other words....it hasn't spread as bad as they thought. She DID lose 1/3 of her tongue thou, and they removed 1/2 her lymphnoids in her neck. She had skin grafts to the mouth from her leg. She has a feeding tube and trick tube for a couple days, and MAY BE HOME as soon as Friday.
 OUR PRAYERS ARE WORKING!!!! I REALLY NEED ALL OF YOU TO STILL PRAY FOR OUR DEAR BIKER SISTER!!! SHE IS THE SWEETEST AND KINDEST  PERSON IN THE WORLD, AND DID NOT DESERVE THIS. She still needs us...at age 51, her FIRST operation was a VERY FRIGHTENING one. LET'S PRAY THE KEMO is minimal now, and her RECOVERY is SWIFT!

FROM: LadyRebel DATE: 02/08/08 @ 3:42:PM SUBJECTS: I'm Home Not going to write much today, got home earlier, can't speak yet until i go back to dr.  cancerous tumor removed all around it good,  several lymph nodes cancerous, but all removed, graphed tongue with skin from leg, lost 1/3rd tongue but will still be able to talk, it will just take time.  My brother said my voice sounded the same after he took the trach out, he would recognize me I just said one word. Please excuse me I have brain farts, lol,  home health has to help.  My brother and sister in law are staying until I recover.  They have been great.  Annie's a wonder nurse not by trade just from life.  So good to be home, still have feeding tube and drinking  5 boost like nutrient a day to, still can't talk or drink anything.  Everyone said it was a success and I still have to have radiation.  I was so thankful  to God this morning when I looked out the 8th floor window and saw the sun coming up over the mountains for the first time since this started.  Love you and miss you so.  Will try to get on as I feel stronger.  Hope you are doing great.  Let everyone know.
